ERASE YOUR DATA

If you think you might have been on the Gangs Matrix database, you can submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) to find out.

Submitting a SAR will allow you to:

  • Find out whether you were on the Gangs Matrix

  • Find out what the police have said about you on the Gangs  Matrix and which organisations they have shared this information with

  • Potentially challenge the information about you on the Gangs Matrix

  • Potentially challenge organisations that have made decisions that affect you based on information from the Gangs Matrix.

  • Potentially challenge the outcomes of these decisions. e.g., if your driving licence was suspended, you might be able to get this reinstated.

  • Potentially seek compensation.

You can submit a SAR here

We acknowledge that this is a difficult process to go through by yourself. We hope that in future the ETD collective will have capacity to support you through this process. If you would like us to contact you when we are able to offer support, please leave your details below.
